PACE COMMUNICATIONS LAUNCHES NEW SIGnature MAGAZINE
Publication to reach 7,000 companies in Bluetooth Special Interest Group

Greensboro, NC (March 17, 2007)—Pace Communications has signed on to produce SIGnature, a new magazine for the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG), Inc. The SIG is an international trade organization responsible for advancing Bluetooth wireless technology and representing a broad range of industries and manufacturers including Apple, Microsoft, Motorola and Toyota.

SIGnature, a quarterly business-to-business publication, provides an inside look at the many ways Bluetooth technology is leading the global short-range wireless revolution.

“With more than 7,000 member companies with different perspectives and goals for Bluetooth technology, we wanted to create a platform to span industries and regions,” said Michael Foley, Ph.D., executive director, Bluetooth SIG. “We are educating members about members and letting them know what lies ahead for Bluetooth technology. SIGnature will also be something entertaining that I think members will look forward to receiving each quarter.”

Content spans the interests of engineers, software developers, researchers, marketing professionals and retailers by including use cases for Bluetooth enabled devices and perspectives on the technology from key industry figures.

“We all use Bluetooth technology every day, often without being aware of it, and certainly without being attuned to the full extent of its capabilities,” says Craig Waller, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Pace Communications, the world’s largest privately owned custom publishing company. “SIGnature demonstrates the technology’s full potential, and equips manufacturers and retailers to pass this information on to consumers.”

At the heart of SIGnature are engaging features that offer an in-depth look at present applications and future possibilities of integrating Bluetooth technology into home, work and personal life. The magazine also features retailer profiles to showcase best practices for marketing the technology at the store level.

SIGnature also invites Bluetooth SIG member dialogue through columns, letters and a FAQ page, which addresses reader questions and concerns. Also, industry insiders offer their insights into current trends and their forecasts for future innovations and applications using Bluetooth wireless technology.

Each issue of the magazine will reach more than 10,000 readers from the network of more than 7,000 Bluetooth SIG member companies around the world.

SIGnature launches April 17 during the Bluetooth SIG All Hands Meeting in Vienna, Austria.
